At AllYear Finds, all sales are considered final unless the conditions below are met. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.

Any item showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Proof of purchase (order number) is strictly required.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refund requests for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo and video evidence.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7β14 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of damaged or defective items.

Replacement items are subject to availability. If unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Return Shipping

Returns without prior approval will be refused.
Order Issues & Delivery

Incorrect address provided by the customer is not eligible for refund.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are not grounds for refunds.
